According to his age and academic back ground , Ravi should go for an internship programe with similar field get the hands on experience for atleats one and half years and then according to his professional career interest go for Masters in that field from Abroad based studies to strength the Subject Matter Expert and Industry Knowledge. Surley he will get better package aganist the demand
