She is having post graduate in Psychology at the University of Madras,having three years of work experience in the relevant field. She also trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) under Dr Ravi Samuel, have a Diploma in School, corporate and family counselling and Certified career guidance counsellor. She has attended numerous workshops on topics such as substance abuse and suicidal intervention to improve herself. She is well-versed in languages like English, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil

She is diligent in aiding people of all ages in improving their mental health. 

She worked at TISS (TATA INSTITUTE OF SOCIAL SERVICES) as a student counsellor, guide and helps students in improving their life skills through life skills training program which includes self-awareness, procrastination, study skills, career guidance, emotional intelligence, mental health, goal setting, stress management, communication skills.

She is well versed in conduct psychometric tests for students whilst providing career guidance. These tests provide better results and understanding in students ” interest, intelligence and personality”, which pave the way for students to proceed in their career and the areas that need improvement to pursue their dream career. 

She also have conducted various webinars and seminars for college students, working professionals, Complan, the Puducherry Police Department.

As a part of panellists at NIDM (National Institute of Disaster Management),she have helped  parents to understand the importance of socialisation among children.

Besides she worked as a career guidance counsellor and trainer at various organisations by providing career guidance and counselling to school students, college students, and professionals to choose the apt course and career to succeed in their lives.
