Sai Lakshmi gave counselling to my daughter & my Nephew. The Psychometric assessment gave many insights which I was not aware of and Sai gave detailed guidance to my daughter and Nephew which will help them chose the right subjects and career going forward. Career counselling and guidance given to my son by Sai Lakshmi was very helpful where in he now has a better clarity of what stream and subjects to choose based on his strengths . She has patiently heard my son and has clarified all his doubts . Over all we are very happy with her guidance .

Why career counselling should be done by expert career counsellors?

When students get advice from parents or others they are not convinced because the information may not be adequate and to the understanding of the student. An expert career counsellor will be able to tell the personality, career interest, career motivators, learning style and the skills and abilities of the student. They will be able to analyse the career options based on the psychometric result if the student and explain to the student and parent why a career choice is suitable to the student or why it should be avoided. There will be clarity for them to make a correct choice.
