I commenced my professional journey 15 years ago, joining one of India's largest corporations as an executive and progressing to the position of Assistant Vice President before departing. While my professional trajectory has been deeply rooted in India's corporate landscape for nearly 15 years, my passion lies in youth development, for which I received training from one of the world's largest NGOs to conduct youth soft skills workshops.

 Throughout these years, both professionally and personally, I have engaged with numerous young individuals. It has become evident that many students make pivotal career decisions influenced by parental and societal expectations, peer influence, and prevailing market trends. In an effort to better comprehend and assist the youth, I recently obtained certification as a Global Certified Counsellor from UCLA University in the USA and a certified career analyst from BCPA, India and ACCPH, UK. This certification equips me to offer valuable insights and guidance to empower the younger generation in making informed career choices.

I aspire to provide personalized guidance that goes beyond these conventional career advice and choices, considering the unique strengths and aspirations of each student. By offering comprehensive assessments, strategic planning, and practical tools, I aim to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the ever-evolving market dimensions.

Through a collaborative and client-centered approach, I want to instill confidence and resilience, enabling individuals to adapt to change and seize opportunities for advancement.
