Renika Monteiro, a Certified Career Analyst and Commerce Graduate, has 17 years of corporate experience and 14 years in education. She has effectively coached adults in English-speaking skills and personality development, while also guiding students to gain confidence and excel academically, particularly in challenging subjects. Her passion for career guidance grew from the numerous questions and uncertainties her students faced, inspiring her to launch Charting Careers.
