Madhvi Arora

She has overall 25 year's experience which covers various aspects of leadership, coaching, mentoring, counselling, corporate training, motivation, human resource and team management and entrepreneurship. She has close visibility to the operation and functioning of various businesses particularly in Manufacturing, Media, Information Technology, Banking and Financial services having worked in these industries herself. She has associate knowledge of various other fields through her vast network, reading and extensive travel and brings many practical insights to her conversations. She has presented at various industry forums and educational institutes as a guest speaker.

Madhvi grew up in Calcutta now Kolkata and had a passion for English creative writing in school. She enjoyed reading English fiction and pursued BA in English Literature. She also enjoyed interacting with people and had her earliest leadership experiences as a school captain.

She worked as a journalist for a short after which she switched career and pursued a post graduation in HR (formerly Personnel Management and Industrial Relations) at XLRI school of Business.

She primarily lives in Mumbai but travels to other locations frequently. Kolkata, Delhi, Gurgaon and Bangalore have also been home at different points of time. She likes to expereince different scenaries, cultures and cuisine and has travelled widely across 60+ cities and towns in India and 25 countries abroad
