As she has worked closely with students for so many years she guides  them to understand their  own  interest , personality and skills which can help them to choose the best career options from various fields. These counselling sessions are a combination of psychometric analysis and in person counselling to get the best result.The value here is that every child posseses a unique character and to pull out that character, is the job of a counsellor.
