About Counsellor:
Lilian is a seasoned professional with a diverse career path background in Audit, Finance, HR and currently a Consultant. She is a Civil Engineer from the University of Leeds, UK and a Certified accountant. CPAK. She worked in Industry at strategic leadership levels before going into consulting where she currently serves as the CEO/Team Leader of Zoe Recruitment Ltd.
She is passionate about solving the productivity and work ethic challenge and believes it starts with making the right career choice. As such she has chosen to help young professionals make informed career choices where they can thrive. She is enrolled on the Certified Career Analyst program by Edumilestones and hopes to be certified by June 2024.
She helps with Career analysis and coaching for young adults and also Career Navigation for professionals on a case by case basis. This she does under the sub-brand “Discoveri”, which started in 2022 and is a product of Zoe Recruitment, a business she founded in 2014.
