I am Kavitha Balaraj, a committed Counsellor and passionate learner. WE CARE Counselling is my brainchild, started in 2008, with the vision to extend professional help and care to persons and communities; the aim is to help the individual choose his/her career that which suits his/her best potentials and goals, thus, helping the person grow towards better enriched life and health. WE CARE Counselling upholds all information shared with utmost confidence and strictly adheres to the principles of Counselling. The process entails a professional set-up where the persons are provided sufficient care and counselling in their process of becoming and self-actualization. In todays world, where time and potentials are spurred so much as a luxury, it is vital that clients are led to understand their passions, their potentials and their particular career goals with a definite vision; we need to understand that career choices are the significant boosters for successful life-styles. Such choices would not just help individuals become successful persons at their workplace but also benefit them holistically. This is why WE CARE Counseling firmly believes and hopes to be the beacon in helping the individuals make the right career-choices and further nurture them as better individuals of growth and promise. WE CARE Counselling attests that an individuals personality, interests, outlook and skill set contribute towards his/ her career and goals. It is important that adequate attention, professional skills and strategic care are given. Long hours and the best of potentials are invested at work, everyday. If the person is unhappy with his/ her work, it affects not just ones workplace targets but also the other significant aspects of his/her life.
