Through 23 years of experience as a Senior Secondary school Teacher, I have gained insight into the academic challenges that students face in the classroom. I recognize the importance of academic success in shaping students future career paths and understand how they struggle with coursework or educational barriers can impact students confidence and aspirations. As a teacher, I have the opportunity to observe students strengths, talents, and areas of interest firsthand. I understand that each student is unique and possesses their own set of abilities and passions. This experience has enabled me to identify and nurture students potential, helping them leverage their strengths in pursuit of their career goals.
My background in education has equipped me with a deep sense of empathy for the emotional and psychological needs of students. I understand the pressures and anxieties that students may face, whether it is related to academic performance, peer relationships, or personal challenges. This empathy allows me to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where students feel comfortable expressing their concerns and seeking guidance.

It was a great session with her. My son got to know a lot about new job opportunities and the test was very accurate. It gave him clarity about his future. Report is excellent and contains all the details of the jobs, colleges and examination dates that is required for his career.

We approached Mrs Beena Harilal for our sons career counseling,as he was confused about his career path. We found her sessions were, highly informative and interesting .Properly guided with accurate analysis. Properly explained each and every points. Suggested two career options suitable for my child. Provided additional informations on other career oppurtunities too.
