Vivacious and highly enthusiastic, at the same time, calm and compassionate- are the words that best describe Mr. Aditya Karwal, our budding counselor and lifestyle coach at Career Factory. Aditya comes from a very humble background where he spent his childhood and teens watching his father counsel people from various walks of life on health and lifestyle problems. Amazed by the power of counseling/coaching and how it can significantly improve lives, Aditya decided to pursue it professionally.
A post graduate of Masters in Management from ESCP Business School, Europe and an IT Engineer from Pune University, Aditya holds a proven track record of academic excellence along with prestigious accolades for his exceptional performance and skills. A master of effective multi-tasking as his friends and family call him, Aditya never solely focused on his academics, but also honed his creative skills and went on to achieve laurels even in that. Insane to believe but this vibrant soul has hands-on experience in playing Tabla, football, swimming, singing, cooking, adventure, vocational skills and what not! Travel, exploring new things, friends and family- are his food for life. Having lived in Europe, he made sure that he made the most of it and hence he spent a good amount of time in traveling to different cities, experiencing European culture, their ways of workings- as he strongly believes that ‘traveling and experiences are the best teachers one can ever have’. A learner-for-life as he is, he believes that life, life events, and people you meet at different stages of life - all these things have something or the other to offer and hence there is so much for us to learn from them.
Always surrounded by people, Aditya has always been social, very approachable and on his toes to help others. His friends and family have always found a reliable confidante in him. Making difference in people’s lives has always interested him and motivated him to do better in his own life, hence making him a person that people always look up to and run into when they need advice.
